he current economy has been tough on everyone, with jobs being lost and businesses folding. It can be hard to take care of yourself and your job during these tough times.

During tough times, it’s more important than ever to take care of yourself and your job. Here are a few tips on how to do both:

1. Make sure you’re getting enough sleep. A lack of sleep will make you less productive and more stressed.

2. Eat healthy foods. Junk food will only make you feel tired and sluggish.

3. Exercise regularly. Exercise releases endorphins, which will make you feel happier and more relaxed.

4. Take breaks during the day. If you work all day without taking a break, you’ll get exhausted and stressed.

5. Set realistic goals for yourself. Trying to do too much will only lead to frustration and stress.

6. De-stress by taking a relaxing bath, reading a book, or taking a walk.

7. Talk to your supervisor about stress in the workplace. Sometimes simply talking about your problems can help to relieve them.

This is a very serious topic that workers need to take into consideration because wealth can only be made in good health and without that it is not rewarding for any one. The body loves to work but you need to care for it to be able to get the needed rewards from caring for it.

Like you have rightly stated it is good to take adequate rest when one is in active service to avoid quick wear and tear by the body. The body can operate at an optimum range when the body is fit but same can't be when you are unfit and not in good health.

Apart from resting, you can exercise as well to pump out stress and keep the body strong. Pumping self on a treadmill can keep one away from getting sick or being sluggish at work. Exercise is like having a power house for the body. it enable the body to strive and be as strong as it should be for the daily activities

I totally agree with relaxing with fun things. if you love to read or watch some entertaining things then it will be a good way to destress as well.

The current economy is tough. It seems like every day, a new company is filing for bankruptcy, jobs are being outsourced, and people are getting let go. If you're one of the lucky ones who still has a job, it's more important than ever to take care of yourself. Here are a few tips:

1. Get plenty of rest. It's hard to stay focused and upbeat when you're exhausted.

2. Eat healthy foods. Junk food will only make you feel worse in the long run.

3. Exercise. Even a little bit of exercise will help improve your mood and energy level.

4. Take breaks. When you're stressed out, it's important to take a few minutes to yourself to relax and rejuvenate.

5. Seek out support. Talk to your friends and family about what's going on - they may be able to help you find solutions or just listen.

6. Don't dwell on the negative. It's easy to get caught up in all the bad news, but it's important to stay positive and focus on the good things in your life.

Thanks for sharing this natural tip with us. It is very important for us to put into consideration what we are taking in . It seems a lot of people are surviving with loads of junk and process food that does not have any natural nutrients to supply the body . As a result of this, the body may not even have enough energy to carry out its normal cells activities which might result in sluggishness just as the writer has posted.

Natural vegetables and fruits are what gives the body enough energy needed to carry out its life functions and in return for supplies us with the energy needed to carry out our daily activities. Obviously when we eat healthy , we will have energy needed to manage our business. Sleep is also very important. We all know the number of hours we are advised to sleep on a daily basis which is about 8 hours.
