Self-care is so important. It's so important to take care of yourself, because when you take care of yourself, you're more likely to help others. You're more likely to be a good person. When we feel good about ourselves, we are able to be more compassionate and caring towards others and that can make a huge difference in the world!

If you're feeling down or stressed out, try taking some time for yourself every day. Get some sleep; eat well; exercise; have fun! And think about what makes you happy. Do something that will make you smile every time you think about it.

It's also important to take care of your mental health, because it helps you get through the day.

Our brains are super powerful and we use them for many things, including making decisions and solving problems. But without good mental health, we can't do those things well!

So, how can you make sure that YOU are getting enough rest and relaxation?
