There are a variety of choices available when it comes to looking after your child while you work. No matter what option you choose, your child will be safe and well cared for.
Before making a choice, talk to friends, family members, other parents, and your employer. Consider the following factors:
-Cost of care (including hourly rate, number of hours per week, and other fees)
-Location of care (including distance from your workplace and proximity to other parent/family members who may help to supervise or care for your child)
-Programs offered by the center (make sure they offer the type of program that best suits your child's needs)
-Staff credentials (Ask about the education and experience of caregivers.)
