Choosing child care for your child can be overwhelming, but fortunately there are many options available. A new study has found that working mums often have a difficult time finding and paying for good child care, while others choose to stay home with their children.

When it comes to finding child care, the study found that no matter where you live, you will have a variety of options available to you. You can choose between the traditional daycare center or a nanny.

1) Traditional daycare centers provide services for small groups of children, usually from ages 2-6, who are taught by teachers with special training in early childhood development. While these centers do offer excellent educational and social opportunities for children, they tend to be more expensive than other types of facilities.

2) Nannies, on the other hand, provide more individualized attention to each child and often work out of the parents' home. Though you may think having a nanny is too expensive for your budget, it could actually end up being cheaper in the long run than putting your child in daycare.

3) If neither of these options meets your needs or budget, consider hiring a babysitter or finding a friend or family member who is willing to watch over your child.

Yeah I think the working mother's have known this for a while now and they are taking advantage of these availability to continue with their careers. I think the era of mother's just staying with kids at home are over especially in my country where the economy is no longer friendly so working alone by a partner is not cutting again for families that have much expenses to deal with

The day care centers especially the good ones are really bridging the gap for working moms that would have been left with crying kids at work. But this centers have taken this burden now off the mother's shoulders to enable them concentrate at work. The day care centers don't only take care of the children physical needs, they also teach and train them which enable the kids to learn even at that tender age.

Nannies also help out by looking after the children while the mom is away, it's make parenting a lot easier for the working moms at least when they returned from work they would have the time to spend and bond the children, instead of having to deal with a crying or cranky child while trying to complete a project at work.

In order to provide child care for their employees, many companies offer on-site care. But remote offices often don't have access to such services. And even when they do, the cost can be prohibitive for some companies.

Since most working mums want to return to work once their maternity leave is over, most need these services in order to continue doing so. If a company can provide this service for less than the cost of on-site care, then it can retain its female employees and reduce turnover costs. What are the other options for child care for working mums?
There are a few different options available to working mums:

Day-care centers
Sitters
Nannies
Housekeepers
Babysitters.

These are very good child care options for a working mom. Indeed finding where to leave your child while going to work is a huge dilemma for many mums. But there are many options to choose from. You just need to check for your budget and comfortability. It should also best suit the child's good growth and development.

The daycare seems to be a very good option. The child is given top notch care services since the staff there are well trained and they get paid to do a great job. Though it may be expensive but it is worth the high quality services.

For older children, this is much easier for parents because they are going to regular schools. So the mum can drop them to school each morning and pick them up in the evening. Others send their children to boarding schools which is also a very good option as long as the child's safety and welfare is great in the school.

The option of asking for help from stay at home relatives or friends is also great. Some of them are generous enough to agree to take care of your child while you go to work. You can give them something small as appreciation.
