Majority of business owners today have indulged in the behaviour or attitude of Misinforming their customers , clients , and consumers about what a particular goods or services doors or what they are to expect from using a particular goods or services been bought or rendered from them . Some customers , client , and consumers are not experienced in the use of most customer goods and services sometimes it is even their new attempt to use a particular goods and services and many business owners misinform this newly found business patronizers of theirs , so as to make business sells and accumulate business profit .
