One way to get customers upset is when you delay them or keep them in long queues. This might bring boredom, frustration and irritation to the customers.

Though you might not help stop the situation but you can apply some steps to help cushion the bad effects on them. You can do the following

Distract them with some interesting thing like having background music for them.

You can even have direct engagement with the waiting Customers to help get their minds off the queue and waiting time


Have a Tv screen to display entertaining and engaging information maybe tips on how to use your products to capture the customers’ attention and distracts the fact that they’re on a queue.

When customers or clients knows that when they come to patronize your business they may end up standing in a queue for a longer period of time then may have a change of thoughts and may go to patronize another business. Possible ways that a business owner can eliminate long queue in his or her business is by employing more employees who are capable and very much intelligence in handling customer related matters more faster and quicker. Another way is by making good use of computers and machines so as to handle human related activities more faster.
