As a human being we needs to keep our body healthy always,
because of that we need exercise, in order to make our body always healthy,
infant exercise is a good activity that need to be done daily in our daily routine because it enhances the flow of blood to every part of our body....

It keeps the body healthy,it also improved the body immune system to fight against any diseases,
therefore it is very essential for us to always do exercise because it a very important in our body.
it helps to improve the flow of blood to various part of the body,
keeping the body healthy always.
Therefore if you do not want to be sick,you want to be healthy always never forget to do exercise........
Remember after the exercise take fruit and vegetables it helps to build ur blood and improved your immune system, exercise helps to reduce blood pressure, because if you are doing exercise regularly your blood will be flowing normal nothing will make it to go higher than the level, let us Remember to do exercise always....

Regular exercise together with good food is the basic requirement for good health. We should learn how to make sure that we do some exercises especially early in the morning. And exercise must be accompanied by good and quality food. This is the key to good health.

As the saying goes, health is wealth and most of us want to stay healthy. However, the lifestyle that we have now is counter to a healthy life. Take for instance the cable tv where it shows movies 24/7. That is an invitation to watch tv no matter what time. Staying up late can harm our health but many are doing that.

Health is wealth people say; so without good health one can not do any thing good in life. In fact if some one is reach and has not good health the person will not enjoy the money at all.

everyone must understand that no matter how we keep ourselves away from poor hygiene, we are still likely to get one disease or the other, there are some diseases that are not caused by bad body hygiene example of such is cancer and as a result of this we should always try as much as possible to get ourselves examine regularly by medical experts.

To keep the body healthy you have to eat food that is rich in balance diet and also you have to eat a lot of fruit because they supply the body with vitamins and minerals which is really good for the body.you also have to quit smoking and drinking it's bad for the health and also go for regular medical check-up
