When it comes to managing your employees, there are a lot of things you need to be aware of. You have to make sure that they have the right skills and knowledge to perform their job. You also have to make sure that they are working at their best. And lastly, you need to ensure that they stay motivated and engaged in their work. If you don't manage employee career well, it can have a negative impact on your organization's performance. Here are some tips on how you can manage employee career:

Ensure that employees are happy with their current roles. If an employee isn't happy with their role or career, then this could affect their output. It might also make them less likely to stay with your company for long-term because they don't see any potential for growth within the company. To ensure that employees are happy with their roles, you need to make sure that they feel valued by the company and that they have opportunities for promotion or change within the organization if they want it. If an employee feels valued and appreciated by the company, they will be more open to growth opportunities and more willing to contribute towards the success of your organization. Send them to trainings/ seminars so they can acquire more experience, this will in turn benefit your company.
