If you have 5 or more staffs, what's the best way to manage them, the best way to manage staff is to get manager, managing people is hard, especially if you work together and you want maximum motivation from them, you'll have to employ different ways strategies, else productivity drops and you end up losing your business.

Their should be incentives offered to employees and other promotions that are geared towards them in other to motivate them to keep on working hard, these among others will help in managing employees Effectively and getting them to be productive in their line of work.

The best way to manage a large number of staff is to split them into smaller teams with it's own leader that reports directly to you. Every team should have it's own set goals that it has to achieve per time.

With that, you would be able to have line managers but you must be at your optimum supervisory abilities to be sure that the teams are functioning properly. The truth is that building structures is the best way to manage a large team.
