Business Ideas Can one manage many business together at the same time?

It is very possible to manage more than one business at the same time.

Some times people find it difficult to management more than one business or company just because they couldn't manage there business very well.

Management is very important and if somebody does not have managerial skill it will be very difficult to manage a business or a company talk less of managing more than one company.

Though it is not easy to manage many business or company together at the same but with managerial skill one can even manage more than two company or businesses.
What is your take on this?

Managing businesses at the same time depends on the nature of the business and also the locations of those businesses. If those businesses are in the same place or location, it may be easier compare to of they are all located in different locations. Aside this, I don't really fancy managing more than two businesses at a tme. This is to promote efficiency in business.

You can manage any number of businesses provided you have a great team and great managers. The owner of the company I worked in had three businesses. He was single-handedly running three businesses at the same time (he did not have any partners). he was able to do this because he had recruited great managers and set up a great team.

Last night I was watching the news about the successful businessman who has several business. He is operating all his businesses but he has good managers. He said that the trick is in proper means of delegating the tasks to the managers. I don't think you can handle 5 businesses all at the same time unless your managers would be doing the work.

To manage many businesses you will need delegates or managers to help you manage your businesses. To manage several businesses at once will be overwhelming for you alone. One or two businesses is enough for one person. Immediately your businesses starts expanding up to 3 to 4 businesses, you will need to employ more people to help manage it.

Yes it's possible to manage two business at the same time only if you are committed to them, it is also very important to note if the bussines is on the same location or not. You can have both offline and online business at the same time and that's easy to manage. But two offline bussines might be so difficult for you to handle if you are just starting the business, best advice is to grow one bussines first then later open another one so that you can balance the concentration of each.

Managing business together could be very hard, most especially if you are actually keen on developing the business because the person would not have enough time to concentrate on the business , so the person needs to employ people that could take charge and that move for improvement so the business could suceed
