There must be Adequate protein in the body system for the benefits of growth and health development of humanity

Vitamins is another substance that we need daily for protection with the power of vegetables and fruits to support your body's naturally defences.

Safe sex or honesty to your partner. Because sexual transmission can also cause immune deficiency.

By taking vaccine, because many serious infection can be protect by immunization.

The duty of the immune system is to defend our body, so we can't defend it, rather we can boost it for it to become more effective and efficient. Eating the right balance diet is a great way to boost our immune system, having regular workouts is also another way to boost our immune system.
