Yes, a company's culture can be changed.
Culture is like the air you breathe—it's invisible and constant, but it's also an important part of your work experience. A company's culture is what creates the kind of environment in which employees feel valued, trusted, and inspired. A company's culture is also what makes employees feel like they're part of something bigger than themselves—something that helps them succeed at their jobs.

A good culture attracts great people to your team, but sometimes it can be hard to change a company's culture from the inside out. Here are some tips for making sure that your new corporate culture doesn't become just another thing that stands between you and success:

1) Keep it simple: If you want people to wear jeans every day, don't make them wear white button-down shirts with embroidery on them. No one will want to dress like a clone of their boss! Instead, focus on designing uniforms that reflect who your team is and what they do best.

2) Make sure everyone knows what to expect: Employees need clear direction, so give them clear instructions about how they should behave around each other every day. It may seem obvious, but making sure everyone knows where they stand really matters.
