In organisations operating a traditional physical office system, shared lunches was one of the initiatives used to propagate company culture amongst employees. But virtual offices doesn't have that allowance of physical meetings to foster company culture. How then can company culture be inspired in a virtual office where employees work remotely? Below are some tips and strategies that can help.

1) Open Communication: Management should hold regular virtual meetings to keep staff members connected. They should be transparent enough to share vital updates in these virtual meetings to carry staff members along on progress and position of the company.

2) Respect Individuality: Staff members in a virtual office would believe in your company and propagate the established culture of the company when the company also respects the individuality of the staff members. Recognise specific holidays in specific locations of staff and acknowledge personal non work related achievements of staff.

3) Organize Virtual Fun Events: Engaging staff of virtual offices in fun events like games and shows that are non work related can create a viable avenue to create strong bonds beyond work amongst staff members which would boost a strong company culture.
