I think two factors can make an organization attract top talent. The foremost factor is good remuneration. If you offer good wages, people that are really smart and good would be willing to work for you. Another factor is the organization's vision. Where is the organization going to? Every top talent wants to work for an organization that would be at the leak of the industry. So if your organization's vision is mediocre, no top talent would want to work for you.

Another factor is if an organization offers an opportunity for career growth. Tip talents want to work for an organization that would avail them of the opportunity to grow and advance in their career. What opportunities do you offer for your employees to be better within three years of working with your organization? Do you organize training that can help them to advance their career?
