Company culture is a summation of the ways and patterns a company carries out it's core processes. It is the signature identity a company has from the outside world. It is important that a company establishes a strong company culture which is also positive. Here is how to establish that very strong company culture.

1) Choose the values, Act it: It is one thing for a company to say their watchword is a particular thing and it is another thing for them to be able to portray it. If your company culture is excellence for instance, let someone feel form your company gate to the staff and every strata of the company. Deliberately institutionalize that ideology and value you want your business to be identified with through actions.

2) Hire only staff that reflect your company values: You can't be preaching a particular value and your staff are portraying something else. Hire staff that resonate perfectly with the value you want to portray as company culture.

3) Reward staff who act in line with the value identity that defines your company culture: There are staff that typically portray the company culture everywhere. Those staff should be rewarded to encourage others to portray the company culture.
