These are great ways to relate better with clients or customers. A seller should always maximize ways of making existing and new customers want to patronize his or her business again.

I always like the use of incentives which could be in form of bonuses or gifts. These can endear customers to your products. Always remember that customers are Kings without them there's no business, so it good one avoid being nasty or rude to them.

Getting feedback from them and actually acting in them can also help me. When once customers knows you listen to them and effect the changes they wanted to see, you will automatically win them over
