  • Do not rely on your memory, make a list of activities in your agenda or planner.
  • Set an hour for each task and throughout the day check how it is going and check off your achievements.
  • Set alarms on your cell phone as reminders for important events.
  • Take note of the tasks that arise during the day, so that nothing escapes you.
  • Delegate as much as possible, so you can go further in your planning.
  • Stick to your schedules and avoid taking work home.
  • Learn to say NO, you cannot be in many places at the same time, that will only distract you from the main objective.
  • At night, take a few minutes to analyze the results of the day and project the new ones for the next day.

I agree with everything you said, even if I don't everything you say.

I have a sort of informal To Do List that I check off.

I work from home and don't really set a specific hour to accomplish my tasks because I'm online all day. I just sign on and bounce in between the tabs that I have opened. So my hours are from the time I wake up until the time I decide I've had enough!

My daughter helps me by setting an alarm on her phone for important events.

One more thing that contribute to your productivity is:

~ Stay in touch in with like-minded workers and exhange ideas. Sometimes they come up with better ways to do things that you had not thought about.
