Is self-employed individual in business is basically an individual who own and manage a sole proprietorship business. This form or category of business is considered to be very much enjoyable as such individual carries out total decision authority in his or her business, also sole proprietorship business have high potentials for profit making, sole proprietorship business is considered to be inexpensive and very much easy to establish and manage. Of course with everything that has an advantage then must be an underlaying disadvantage.

There are so many disadvantage of being a sole proprietor or being self-employed, the first disadvantage is that there is always a feeling of isolation, the self-employed business owner have limited personal liabilities, majority of sole proprietorship business have low potentials to attract capital, and last of all majority of sole proprietorship business are not recognized by the economy or government.

Search individual who own and manage a self-employed business also have the Liberty to carry out judgment in his or her business organization without having someone question him or her. In as much as they are advantages to this there are also disadvantages and one of the most measure disadvantage of a sole proprietorship business or a self-employed business is basically the fact that he or she stays alone and businesses like this lack continuity and last of all there is no pulling of capital or complementary of skills which could have helped in a great way.
