Even though website builders allow you to create websites without needing to know how to write code and you create any kinds of websites like blog or online shop through drag and drop tool, there are numerous disadvantages of website builders. One major disadvantage is you don't have full control over your website's content because you can't access the actual website files. Another disadvantage is the subscription fees. It can be pretty high. For example, if you want to use Wix to make an online shop, you might have to pay at least $16 per month for the basic plan, but it could go up to $45 per month.
