It is definitely not in all regions and countries of the world that we see commercial organisations and business Enterprises with huge and attractive amount of salary and ready to pay its employees and workers as long as they are ready and have the determination to work . Even jobseekers in various regions of the world is only picture themselves working in a business organisation that absolutely pays them highly and more attractively and also give them the privilege to enjoy other business prestige and other business and clients as well . But no matter how far we drag the matter there are some business organisations that do not have attractive salaries and in fact the salary amount of some of these businesses for shoes and chase away job seekers from seeking or securing a job in such business organisations .

There is definitely no individual that will want to waste his time on a business organisation that does not pay him or her considerably and reasonably according to the work and time he or she may have possibly spent in accomplishing business goals and objectives , having said this , it is indeed advice for every business organisation and who's controlling it to endeavour that their business employees and workers feel satisfied and comfortable while working in them , and one of the best way to do so is by paying them reasonably and considerably according to their workload .

There is literally no doubting the fact that some business employers are so fond of overworking their employees and give them huge unassignable task to accomplish possibly within a few couple of days or even within the next 24 hours and sometime this employees are so loyal to the extent that they do not complain at all and they try all their best to make sure that they accomplish all business goals and objectives in order to make their employers and managers happy and feels so good having them around . We shouldn't also neglect the fact that some employees do not see this as a good commendation but rather they go far as to not pay their employees reasonably and comfortably despite the workload they have to carry out on the business organisation in order to see it at business goals and objectives are being achieved .

This is definitely an advice because if you want to business organisation to be a good and valid want to talk about it is hundred percent advised that the compensation you compensate your various employees and workers should be of great value and considerable amount . One of the main reasons why some employees who presently have jobs of their own but yet have the intention of looking for other job is possible because their present job does not pay them reasonably despite the work they have to go through to achieve their business goals and objectives .

Most times it depends on the type of business organisation you are talking about, some business organisation that are operating are not really generating much money and as a result of that they may not likely be able to pay you as much as you may think most especially if they hire you as someone who is not academically qualified.
My best advice will be that people should be looking forward to resign from companies they believe is not really paying much and there is no possibility that they will increase their salary in the future to look for jobs in companies or organisation with a better future for themselves.

I have come to understand that some business organisation don't really care about your future , all they really care about is how they can use you to develop themselves and stand stronger while leaving you to a state that you can't do anything for yourself.

This is exactly what most business owners do not understand they expect their workers to put in their very best but want to pay them little. I work with a boss that is extremely demanding. I work as a photo editor, one might feel its an easy job, but i have to constantly deal with annoying photographers and frame venders who would constantly put you under pressure. The painful part about it all is that i go to the office as early as 6:30am or sometimes 6am then come back home 8pm or sometimes 9 or 10, there are no breaks, the only breaks we get within working hours is probably when there is no job to edit at the moment. Even on fridays and Saturdays we go to the office and still close the same time as other days and even show up at work on sundays sometimes yet he pays us peanuts then complains we are not putting our hearts into it.

The point is that most employers don't even care about the employees. They only care about themselves, their money and the growth of their business that would keep on generating more money. If not, why would an employer be owing his workers up to 7 months of salaries. How do they think the workers survive? You are talking of pay? The employers only want to pay you what would convey you to the workplace to work for them. Most of the pay they dish out can't even feed someone ideally for one week. Private schools are the worst.

I have castigated a lot of employers for this attitude. They are leveraging on the desperation caused by the massive unemployment prevalent in the society. The surprising thing is that they keep employing when they know they lack the capacity to pay. Bottom line is that no organization should employ more than the number of staff they can comfortably pay.
