Every job seeker wishes that he or she would one day find a job that suits his or her capability and ability or his or her taste and preference. Most of the times they would describe such a job or career to be highly and attractively paying with so much privileges of enjoying other business-in-kinds. Whatever the case may be, many job seekers with such future intentions usually end up settling for less that is a business Enterprise that pays them minimally and inconsiderably. That is possibly due to the fact that there are no available prestigious jobs with high and attractive paying salaries and so in order to still earn a living they settle for the ones available. It is very mandatory that you do not take a job not conducive and suitable for your liking, that is why if you are not satisfied with the salary in which a job vacancy offers you, it is better not to take it at all because it will have so much negative influence and effect on your productivity and on your responsibilities as an employee or worker working in there.

One of the main reasons why many employees and workers choose to leave their present job in search of another is that the salary or wages being paid to them in their present job isn't conducive enough for them to carry out day-to-day personal or family responsibilities. And so because of this they go in search of another job or career suitable enough in paying and compensating them.

There is absolutely no individual that love to get paid in his or her job or career lower than what he or she expected to be paid or to be compensated with. In looking for a job every person who seeks for a job today is looking for a high-paying prestigious job but as we already know not everyone is lucky to see such a job especially in some economy where there is a high rate of unemployment. In some regions of west Africa many people have settled for less because there is no available white-collar jobs for people to partake in, thereby leaving them to only take over minimal income paying jobs.

Due to the fact that they do not get paid reasonably and comfortably this totally affects their productivity in the organisation they work for. No doubt a business employee most of the times made the carrying out more than expected business responsibilities and duties but yet he or she doesn't get paid reasonably and comfortably for it, and so this take a toll on his or her productivity and his seriousness in handling expected business responsibilities and goals.
