College goers and student after graduating from their respective colleges and universities have the vision towards their future to own a prestigious high-salary paying job . in most cases they are ready to risk anything whether it's their comfortability , happiness , convenience , and peace of mind in order to be the person to get the prestigious high paying job . Job seekers should understand that not being comfortable and have a state of peace of mind in your place of work can have psychological and emotional dehumanizing effects on themselves . For example a lot of employees are risking their happiness and convenience just to be employed in a high salary paying job and today they faced discrimination , bias , prejudice , racial hatred , and language hatred from their fellow employees , staffs and workers .

In cases like this an employee will never feel comfortable in working in such environment even though he or she is motivated and encouraged by the employer yet she still need the help , knowledge and the idea of other employees who probably showed discriminative and prejudice attitude toward him or her . In conclusion , having a prestigious high paying job is important but another thing more important is your convenience . So your convenience come first before considering the salary rate on the job you are to employed on .

That is very true. It is unfortunate that these days, most people look at how much salary they are getting rather than how much comfortable they are doing the job. So they stick with high paying jobs and tolerate a really uncomfortable environment.

Being comfortable in a job first requires that you actually have the knowledge and skill of doing it. That way, you don't just move around feeling stupid and unskilled. Which may eventually get you fired because you are not competent enough for the job.

Another factor for convenience is that you should have interest and enjoy the work you do. That way, your work will be effort less but profitable. You will enjoy paying attention to it. Moreover, the workplace should be a good environment where you enjoy working in it.

It is absolutely necessary that will look out for our convenience in a particular job with them to partake in, but most people do not believe this or whether they focus more on the salary they get paid for and a particular job opportunity instead of looking out for their confidence and the ability to feel satisfied in the job. It is absolutely very necessary that we feel satisfied and convenience in the job we are about to take because doing so boost our seriousness and our ability in accomplishing expected business goals and expected business objectives.

We do not want to be classified as I'm serious that is why if we are not conversant with the kind of job we are being offered it is best to look for another so that we do not waste our time and our precious strength and energy doing or partaking on a particular job we are not conversant with.
