There is absolutely an effects towards productivity if the salary rates given to a particular individual is not conducive and suitable for him or her. That is definitely why majority of people do not take on a particular job opportunity that has an inconsiderable or unreasonable salary or wages to the earned or compensated. Although many individuals do not have any choice but to take on any job vacancy they come across, and that is because the economy they reside in has a high unemployment rate. Do you to the fact that these individuals are underpaid they may begin to act in such a way towards accomplishing and achieving organisational goals that reflect on seriousness an inconsistency. Being serious and consistent is absolutely one of the most positive quality needed to be exhibited and reflected by a particular business employee but an employee cannot be serious and consistent if he or she is being compensated poorly after he or she might have accomplished every goal and objective in the business organisation to see that it succeed and prosper.

If an individual is underpaid to what he or she performs in the organisation he or she begin to see his present job as a waste of his or her time and there was absolutely no need for him to be diligent or to be serious in executing organisational goals and objectives. Business organisations owned and control by business managers should always see it as a responsibility to never under pay their employees but whether they must sufficiently and considerably compensate them.

Employees are usually encouraged and motivated when they are paid. And not paying your employees total approach that you did not acknowledge their existence towards your business progress and prosperity.

In my own opinion which might be others reaction too, yes it triggered someone's seriousness let use a common example we all are aware of at most occasions when we tell a child to do something promising to buy snacks for him or her we notice that such child does such work perfectly and even do more because we promise him something so as human either young or old we want to be appreciated for the work we do that is why we receive salary.

And when our salary is higher it triggers our seriousness because if our services does not worth our salary we might not might not be paid and when our salary is low it could create laziness in one's mind making him or her to skip days of work or giving unnecessary excuses.

At most case we would notice that person might be also engage into other means in order to make earns means and bring two business might make that employee to lose focus at times just to to satisfy both jobs.
