As a business owner it is absolutely important that you compensate your employees in such a way that they feel satisfied especially if they must have put in the work in making sure that goals and objectives are being accomplished in the business organization. Talking about employees motivation, compensating your employees is obviously one of the ways to motivate them. Think about it, if employees are not compensated that can absolutely kill their motivation to be interested in handling business matters and most of the times they may always feel a bit not wanted in the business organization.

Refusal to compensate employees will always lead to bad business name and ruining of business reputation and at times employees may talk bad against the business owner and the business in public.
