Importance of clarity when assigning task to employees.

An individual can only perform something well only if he or she understands and have full knowledge of what is demanded from him or her to actually perform. It is absolutely important and necessary that employees and business managers emphasize the factor of clarity when it comes to assigning task to employees because it will help them perform their roles and responsibilities quite well and effectively. However this can obviously be enhanced through effective communication and allowing your subordinates which are your employees to vividly and clearly express themselves.

Some of the reasons why employees are unable to give proper opinion and ideas is because they are restricted or their superiors are quite rude and strict. Organizations with rude and strict superiors half bad communication and this is absolutely bad for business growth.
