Why your employees are losing their motivation to work .

The duty of an employee , worker , or staff is considered to be one of the most important duty in a business organisation . Employees have the sole duty to carry out a side business tasks and duties so as to see to it that business objectives and goals are being achieved and accomplished as expected or planned . failure to be able to achieve business goals and objectives simply means that the employees are not doing their work or are not capable in areas of being motivated to work in the business organisation . Employees motivation is another aspect that necessitates the potential in which a particular employee handle a side business task and objectives .

It is actually sad to see that majority of employees in huge commercial business organisations and other commercial Enterprises are slowly losing their motivation to work . sometimes this is caused as a result of some internal and external factor probably caused by the business manager in his or her course of managing and facilitating the business . Some business owners are not always grateful when an employee or work are performs a particular assigned tax or duty perfectly well . Even in a mere sense , can you continue to work for an individual who doesn't show gratitude for the past work an activity that you have done absolutely not . Business owners should endeavour to show gratitude and one of the ways to show gratitude is by renumerating and compensating their employees or workers with their respective salaries when due
 
Their is always reasons why such is taking place, employees can't just be like that and grow frustrated over a certain job. When their is lack of concentration, it means the job aren't satisfactory to them, and their are factors that is behind it. Which is mainly on:

* Low salary stipend paid out to employees

* No encouragement from the employer

* Lack of bonus given year after year

* Employer not honest, or displaying inhumane attitude

This are few of the reasons which can make employees feeling disgruntled and having no motivation to continue with their job. As far as, it is common with good number of the employees,such scenerio or issue is from the management and not from the employees themselves.
