I have been both an employee and an entrepreneur and I have to say that running your own business is best for an adventurous individual like me. It gives life to your creativity.

It is also important to note that everyone cannot be an entrepreneur. There are skills needed to be an entrepreneur and not everyone has that skills. Besides, if all of us are entrepreneurs, who would work for us? So we must respect people who are not wired for entrepreneurship.

But running a business is not easy. I always tell people if you are looking for food to eat, please go get a job. If you are looking to do a business, you must sacrifice a whole lot for that business to sprout and blossom. It takes real grit to be an entrepreneur.
