We should drink hot water because it makes the body safe and prevent harmful things from happening to the body.when you drink hot water it helps to aid digestion.it helps to flush away bad substance from the body and it also helps to regulate the body temperature.it helps to boost the immune system.it helps to regulate blood in the body and also relax the body.it prevent the body From pain.it also help to reduce headache chest pain And any pain you have in the body.when you want to drink water you drink the hot water in the morning when you have not eaten anything.si start the day by drinking hot water it makes the body active through out the day.

Hot water is far better than cold water it has a lot of benefits that it does to the body it helps making the heart healthy and also helps to aid digestion faster and hot water does not have any side effects unlike cold water that causes harm to the body

Drinking hot water is good and benefitial to human body and human health in general. There are multitudinous benefits of drinking hot water on a regular basis. Reserch shows that drinking half glass of hot water in empty stomach ( without eating or drinking anything beforehand) in the morning can help human body with lack of hunger or constipation. Although, some individuals prefer cold water to hot or warm water, hot water is more beneficial to human body than cold water.

Taking a hot water 5 to 10 minutes before your meal is said to improve your digestion and boost metabolism. And drinking hot water after having your meal can as well fast track your digestion of taken food. Hot water when taking can improves blood circulation in your body. Drinking hot or warm water can as well flush out the toxins in human body system, studies also shows that hot water can helps muscle relax, and also aid n better blood flow.

In conclusion, drinking hot water can also aid in diminishing menstrual cramps in human body. It is said that the heat of the water has a calming and soothing effect on the abdominal muscles, which eventually can help to cure cramps and spasms in human body. Hot water can also helps in preventing pimples and acne.
