Why should we Drink Water?

There are certain things to keep in mind while drinking water. Water is something that man needs the most. Our body requires at least eight to ten glasses of water a day. It comes to about two and a half litres per day.

Children should drink eight glasses of water every day. Even if you are not thirsty, you should drink this much water every day. You may know that seventy percent of our body is water. Water is needed to keep the skin shining.

It is also needed to maintain a healthy weight and expel toxins from the body. Drinking two glasses of water after waking up in the morning is good for health. It is the habit of many to drink water along with food.

Health is wealth. The human body can survive longer without food than without water. It is impossible to live without water because our body system works in an aqueous solution. Water constitutes a major percentage of the blood and it is vital we drink enough water daily to be healthy. Like a song goes, water has no enemy.

Certainly there is no wealth without good health. I have been bearing about this for long now that water is very good to the extent that ; they used to tell use that its very good to be drinking ng water early in the morning even before doing anything. What is essential to the body.

because it cleans most of the detox. It gives a cleanness to our kidneys. It also complete the supply of oxygen to our body with other important nutrients. If you drink plenty of water you might not have the problem of stone.
