Base on my findings peoples most especially here in Africa people do not like being employed by some private business organisation, some people express their dissatisfactions that some private business organisation are not really interested in the future of their employees relating to pension after retirement

At that same time a lot of people complains that most private business organisation are exploitive, meaning that the amount of money they are paying can never be compared to the amount of working activities you are to do, They takes advantage of the High rate of unemployment and lack of government regulation in most private sectors..

Because of the above reasons people do not like working for private business organisation because it doesn't give opportunity to receive pension after retirement over here, as a result 90% of people are willing to work for the government except those who are genuinely interested in engaging and businesses.

However there are some renown private business organisation that treats their employees perfectly but in most cases high percentage of private businesses here do not really care about the future of their employees but they are just interested in what their employees have to offer even when the payment is extremely low.

Well We all have our experiences with private business organisation in one way or the other, now based on your experience , do you really think that most private business organization are really interested in the future of their employees ?

The reasons people hate being employed in private organisations is not far-fetched. Although there is no doubt that private organisations have really tried when it comes to employment because so many people would have been on the streets struggling to make a means of livelihood but their miserable and stringent conditions makes it so hard to cope with the rigors of life. Most private jobs do not place; worth, value or priority on their workers. Most private employers are so rigid in nature and put so much pressure on workers to achieve targets which are unrealistic and totally unachievable. They threaten their workers daily of loosing their jobs and they engage in frequent deductions of their workers salary.

The state of the economy has put us in such a mess that a private worker can be sacked from work any day the employer is not in a good mood without any obvious reasons. If If all had the chance, most people would never choose to be private workers most especially in private schools but the economy leaves us with little or no choice but to manage while we work towards saving the meagre sum if it could be enough to start up a business.

It is not unconnected to how the private sector is known for treating employees. In fact , they are sometimes compared with what is often referred to as a modern slavery of our world today .

There are a lot of people that have refused to accept job offers in different private organisations ,and this is very very bad and I only hope that with time most of the people who own this private organisations will come back to their senses ,and realise that there is no big deal in treating employees with a sense of dignity at all .

The number one reason why people do not want to work for private organisations is ,due to the fact that most of them take so much of your time and they do not allow you to even have some rest at all .

You get to realise that you are spending so much time working for them and you have little or no time for yourself and your family members .
Things like this is frustrating lot of people and they can even go to the extent of committing suicide due to how the stress is too much on them and the little reward their journey in return .

Working in private organizations has almost not been favorable for those in lower-tier countries and this is the main reason people prefer to establish businesses, even when in reality, they do not have passion for the business and at times, they do not have the required experience to run a successful and sustainable business. There are some countries where private firms are being preferred to government organizations but in my country, there is a major difference. Being employed in most private organizations in Nigeria is like signing your slavery warrant.

It is a pity that we only celebrate democracy in the paper because in reality, people are suffering like slaves all in the name of working in private establishments. Some private organizations make their employees to take up tasks which is outside their role or job description and they do not compensate them for other work unrelated to their current role. I have worked in a place, where the owner of the company use to send workers to his house to clean them up and prepare his children for school because he was divorced and he did not add a dime to their salaries. It was hard for the employees to complain because of the harsh economic realities.

In South Asian countries like us the average salary of private sector is quite high than in government sector. But working pressure and job security is said to be good compared with other. So young generation today always try to hunt government jobs.
