Due to negligence majority of business customers and clients misuse a particular business products out of their own free will without having the actual reasonable reasons backing up their misusing of a particular business products. And when situations like this occur the business selling such business products is never to be held accountable but rather the business owner himself or herself is the only person to be blamed and to be held accountable. But in a situation where a business uses misleading advertisements to entice and draw the attention of members of the public to patronize a particular business products which initially was assumed to perform a particular objective or go but in reality it does the opposite. And so in such occurring situation the business in particular who is the sponsor of the particular misleading advertisement and also the owner of the product is to be held accountable either by the government if something drastic occurs.
