Business owners can upset their customers and clients in different ways. Doing this can frustrate and push customers away. You need to know these different ways and try to avoid doing them

You can angered your customers by doing the following

Being hard to reach, no means of fast and easy interactions

Wasting their time unnecessary without any remorse. you don't also respond to requests quickly.

No automation everything is manually so if you are not around everything waits.

Customers get really upset when you bounced them around.You need to be transparent and truthful

You sell faulty products to them and completely Ignore them when they complain.

At times customers and clients to a particular business may be fragile and a bit of mistake performed by the business can totally make the business lose a particular potential customer or clients forever. Business nowadays upset their customers and clients in so many ways and some of the ways include trying to misinform a particular customer or client to buy a product just for profit without actually caring about the protection of your customer, also businesses today do not have good and reputable customer services and at times employees and staffs to a particular business expressed rude and disrespectful action to what customers and client and this of course feels the interest of customers for a particular business.
