You can do a lot of things on your videos, from teaching kids to playing with toys, reviewing toys, unboxing toys, playing fun games etc.

I do not think there is something like the best or greatest niche on youtube. Youtube has general interest content, which means as long as people are interested in the topic, it will continue to get traffic. The traffic is based on how much interest the given topic is pulling. Youtube is also a search platform and people like to search for evergreen topics as well as current topics, there will be spikes in views on the current topic, but the evergreen topic will gain views over time. However, some topic generates more revenue than others, it all depends on how much money advertisers are putting and where the traffic is coming from. The key to becoming successful on youtube is the content, presentation, SEO, and marketing. Your content and how you present your content determine whether people will watch your videos or not. Your content needs to be useful and interesting.
