Bone disease is a condition that causes your skeleton to deteriorate, leaving your bones weaker and more susceptible to fractures.
Although bone disease can relate to a variety of illnesses, osteoporosis is the most frequent. The disease is marked by a loss of bone mass and a deterioration of bone structure.
Bone disease can lead to a reduction in quality of life and possibly death. Unfortunately, until a fracture develops, the most prevalent type of bone disease is frequently asymptomatic. Many people believe that weak bones are a natural aspect of growing older. Because bone and joint health begins in childhood, exercises and other strategies can be used to promote bone health at any age.
