I am fortunate that there are several spa near our village that I can call for home service. Usually it is 1 hour massage for me that I get every week but sometimes when I am stressed out I get a massage more often. Shiatsu massage is my favorite. It is the pressing of the flesh. No application of oil for me because I am irritated by the sticky oil. I also have my shirt on and a towel is wrapped on my body for more effect.

When I call for home service it is always after dinner so that I can go straight to sleep after the massage. It is very convenient to have a massage at home. Massage is soothing for the body and it also relaxes my mind. I always expect to have a good sleep when I get a massage because it is like relieving me of all the pressures and tensions in life.

You are absolutely right my friend massage helps our body to free from stress and anxiety and feel our brain relax as far as which kind of massage i would like to take is head massage i am taking this massage one time in a week with mustard oil not only it keep my hair strong and increase hair growth it makes my mind calm now a days a many kinds of spa are opening where you can take any kind of massage after taking massage you will feel your body very light and relax and you will able to get a good sleep massage is very important in depressives situations so we should take at least 1 time in a month .Many people also take skin massage by applying alovera jel it makes your skin healthy and glowing it removes dust and dirt from your face and protects your skin from ruining and from wrinkling when you feel fatigued after working the whole day and feel pain in your body then after getting massage you body will become de stress and it reduces your fatigue and improve your blood circulation and the most important thing you will able to get a good sleep
