A diligent , hard-working , and industrious business employee actually deserve to be promoted or elevated so as to enjoy business incentives possibly in the form of business status and other business in kinds . It is absolutely mandatory that the reason that a business employer should elevate or promote a particular employee shouldn't be as a result of friendship or a cordial gratification that he or she derives from the employee it must be as a result of how industrious and hard-working the business employee has been in the business organisation and finally it must be as a result of the impacts of what the employee in particular has actually done for the business organisation towards it development and growth .

Promoting a business employee if done in the right way totally motivates other business employees to be industrious and hard-working as well . How true is this , well just imagine a case , where a particular business employer promotes or elevate a particular employee not because of his industrious and hard-working attitude and behaviour , but as a result of the fact that he or she is a relative , friend , or close family member to him or her . These can totally destruct and distract the behaviours and the motivation of other employees to work , possibly because their employer is definitely not looking at his or her employees industriousness and hard-working attitude to get them promoted .

It is indeed very important and mandatory that every business owner understand that the only ground that stands for a particular business employee to be promoted or to be elevated so as to enjoy other business prestige and respect is if the employee in person is industrious and hard-working and because of his or her industrious and hard-working attitude and behaviour which has impacted the life and the growth and development of the business organisation and the people within it , then such employee deserve to be elevated or promoted . When an employee is promotion of elevation is done as a result of his industrious and hard-working attitude toward the act of accomplishing the business organisations goals and objectives other employees can also learn as well and may imitate that particular employee's attitude so that they could get promoted and elevated as well .

But when an employees promotion and elevation in his job is done as a result of selfish and self gratification benefits that the business employers enjoy from the employee then other employees motivation will indeed be hindered and some of them may end up filing for a resignation from their various jobs or careers possibly because they are just disappointed .
