Sleeping on stomach/chest is bad....How?

Sleeping is good for the body as it makes us lively and refreshed for daily activities. Sleeping calms our nerves after so many stressed routine we went through during our hustling for livelihood.

However, we sleep in so many ways which are good but some times it can be in a bad way which affects our body postures.

Apparently, most people sleeps on their chests/stomachs. Stomach/chest sleeping can put pressure on the nerves and causes numbness and severe nerves pain. And sometimes causes back pain and neck pain. Though, it was said that, sleeping on your stomach/chest can sometimes reduces snoring and sleep apnea. But that posture is not encouraging.


The nicest way to sleep is to lay flat on your back, while your head is on a pillow. This causes your spine and your neck to be in the same position, and thus gives your body a better position. And also sleeping side ways can be the best sleeping position, if done in the right way, As it reduces low back and joint pain.
