Best\proper sleeping positions

When sleeping, the position one takes is very much important and must be taken into consideration. Many times people come complaining about having pains on the right or left shoulder, the neck or other parts of the external body.
This can be as a result of lack of proper posture while sleeping. The posture one takes for sleep is very important because cases have been recorded where persons die in bed for a singular reason of adopting a sleeping position which affected their system's normal functioning thereby ending their life.
Physicians argue that the best position to sleep is side ways others say facing up and others down.
Now we will critically evaluate the effects of whichever posture one takes and see which is the best
Sleeping face up places us in a position where our breathing in has to go against gravity. This makes it a harder task to breathe in for a partially death sleeping human being.

Sleeping face down does the opposite. Our breathing out goes against gravity which is also a tiring job for a sleeping human
Now if we decide to adopt sleeping sideways, the problems encountered are different since none of your breathing goes against nature's force, but if not properly positioned one may end up putting much force on one side of the body making it suffer pains which may last
