For what we know , disagreements in a business organisation mostly exist in a collaborative or partnership kind of business and in case you do not know what a collaborative partnership business is , well it is basically a kind of business we're two companies come together to form a collaboration so that business goals and objective could be achieved successfully as a result of its efficient and adequate teamwork and the fusing of minds . And for what we know in a business organisation , when disagreement sets in a totally lead to the shattering of the business organisation making each members and each party of the collaborative business to split from each other .
