Meditation Exercises For Anxiety: How To Do It

Meditation is a great way to relieve stress, improve your mood, and even help you sleep better. If you've attempted meditation previously and found it challenging, i have few advice which can help! Here are a few anxiety-relieving meditation techniques:

1. Place yourself in a comfortable place and keep your eyes closed. Take a few deep breaths and start to focus on your breath as it comes in and goes out of your nose. Try not to think about anything else while you're following this step. just focus on your breath coming in and going out of your nose.

2. When you're ready, open your eyes and continue focusing on your breath as it comes in and goes out as normal until you feel like the mind has calmed down enough for sleepiness or exhaustion to set in (usually about 20 minutes).

3. Set your intent for the meditation and focus on it for a few minutes.

4. Breathe out through pursed lips and let go of any tension or stress that you have been holding onto during this time period or before this time period began!
