These days, a lot of people feel like robots from time to time. Sometimes when we go to work, our feet moves backwards and we start to not enjoy any of the work we do either at home or at office.

I don't really know of this meditation because I've never done it before, you should rather go into a deep explanation of how we can meditate because meditation as I understand is concentrating in reciting a religious book, I don't know if that is the one you are talking about here. please make us understand because it is something I might be interested.

Meditation have proven effective with people who have mental issues like anxiety. It will be able to help you to still calm for some period of time and this is very important for your nervous system coordination.
