This also applies in business just as in any other field of live endeavors. With time, the ways things are done change and the need arises for you as a business man or a service provider to daily improve on yourself both knowledge wise and the skills you have in delivering your service.
Why this is necessary is because with time things get out dates and new means of doing them are being introduced to the system. People will prefer the new ways and if you are not up to date you will be left back in time as all others move with the trend.

You can do this by regularly going to the bet and finding what the latest is. You can ask from people and fellow business persons and also you can see from the many social media outlets we have.
Then you simply see if you can personally learn the new thing's or adopt to them and if not you find a way to learn from someone.
