Competition is something that most of us may face in our careers, if you are an individual then you might face competitions with your co-workers or if you have a business then you might face competitions with other businesses, this simply means that we will always face competitions.

As we see nowadays competition is increasing in online jobs too especially in freelancing platforms because many people are joining online jobs so there will be a higher demand for jobs.

In my opinion competition is good for our careers because it will change us to a better version of ourselves.
A question may come to your mind that how can competition change us to a better version of ourselves?

We can say competition can make us better because when we face it then we will try more and work hard to upgrade our skills in order to defeat our competitors, this is something which automatically happens with most people, when they face competitions they automatically start to upgrade themselves.

What do you think? Is competition good for your career?

Competition is definitely not a bad thing for your career. In fact, competition can be one of the most rewarding parts of growing your career.

Competition can help you stay motivated and on track to reach your goals. If you're competing against other people in your field, then you'll have something to measure yourself against and that's always a good thing!

If you're competing against yourself, then that's even better! When you know that someone else has a goal just like yours, it makes it easier to keep pushing yourself. And when there are only a few people who can do what you do well, then there's less pressure on what other people think about how well you're doing.

Competition can also spark creativity and innovation and those are two things that make all the difference in the world when trying to grow our careers.
