There's the points reward system that is in used now for promoting employees. it is a very effective way of promoting an employee and motivating others to want to do more to score points as well.
There are different promotional level which comes with different point levels. The point levels are made known to the Employees so they know they number of points they need to have to be able to get to a level.
Again each each point level comes with the position that the staff can be promoted to. This is a good way because there will be no bias in any way and your job promotion isn't tied to anyone assessment of you
You just have to keep scoring points for the jobs that are assigned and be checking to know when you are due for a promotion with your points and you get promoted.
