We all are humans, and want to be treated in a nice and satisfying manner, likewise our customers, the way we treat them would make them to patronize us next time when want such product.
We should treat our customers in a nice and loving manner by giving them a smile even though they offend us, most times they may want to start an argument, we should be smart to turn this argument into joy by giving them a smile when such issue result.
Another thing to do in order to satisfy our customers is to sell quality goods when our customers come to see that the product we sold to them are the best they would want to come back and in some cases help advertised our product to others,by so doing we would have more client or customers than expected.
Most times promo celebration may occur one don't need to be selfish by taking the gift to himself or herself but he need to give the gift to their real owners which are his customers by so doing they would build trust between themselves and their client.
