if i am a customer, once i will take a look at the price for what you want to sell/services provided. second i will contact you and based on your customer service then i will make my decision whether i am buying or not. and the after sales services to contact me if i am comfortable using your products or services and anything else. based on the three criteria, if i am comfortable with that, i will always use your services or your products.
