1. Control your blood pressure
High blood pressure is a major risk of heart problem we should always get our blood pressure checked regularly at least once in a year for adults and more often if you already have the blood pressure
2. Stay at a healthy weight
Being obese or overweight can cause a heart disease this is because they are linked to some heart disease risk factors like high blood pressure, diabetes and high blood cholesterol
3. Get regular exercise
Doing exercise can help in reducing the risk of heart problem
4. Getting enough sleep
We should always try get enough sleep adults need 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night we should make sure to have a good sleeping habits because if we don't get enough sleep it can lead to high risk of high blood pressure, diabetes and obesity.

We should also avoid foods that can cost build-up of cholesterol in our body system. Cholesterol prevent free flow of blood in our body systems. Then it is very important to engage in regular exercise. Regular exercise apps to reduce cholesterol and free radical elements in our body systems. It is good to also engage in enough sleeping.

You have assiduouly highlighted some of the ways we can control heart problems. We also need to stop thinking. We need to learn how to put off things from our minds. And reduction of stress. When the body requires rest, we should endeavor to give it to it. And like you said, enough sleep is paramount.

Heart problem is mostly caused by high blood pressure and also not getting enough sleep
You are very right. We should never be too worried or too busy to deny ourselves of good sleep. It is not necessary we sleep in the night of there is no time for that. Averagely, we need to sleep at least for six hours every day. And we should learn how not to be worried over things.

We can prevent heart problems by eating food that are healthy not good that contain calories which can lead to high cholesterol and also engage in exercise

Always check your blood pressure because when you have high blood pressure it affects the heart and the heart Will not function well again.also avoid smoking because it's not good it can damage the heart and kidney.also don't drink because it's not good for the body and try going for medical check-up

The rate at which people die in my country these days as a result of heart attack is very alarming. This is because there is so much pressure on people because of economic hardship. This is the main reason why we need to be worried less and focus on solutions rather than problems to have a healthy heart.

U can prevent heart problem by boiling red apple after cutting into pieces and boil for 15 minutes and drink the apple and drink the water that is alkline water
