1. Eating foods that are high in refined carbs and sugar which increases blood sugar and insulin levels as well which can lead to diabetes so by Avoiding this food it can help in reducing diabetes
2. Doing exercise regularly can increase insulin secretion which can help in preventing diabetes
3. Drink water as your primary beverage can help control insulin levels and blood sugar which lower the risk of diabetes
4. Lose weight if you are over weight or obese so as to reduce the risk of diabetes
5. Avoid smoking because it is strongly associated with the risk of getting diabetes
6. Following a very low carb diet or ketogenic can help control the rate of blood sugar and insulin levels which can prevent diabetes.

Diabetes is common nowadays because of the high sugary intake people are taking and if we can minimize this intake of sugary things it will lower the risk of diabetes

You can prevent diabetes by not consuming excess sugar.also use honey it's good for the body and it gives the body nutrients.sugar causes stomach pain which in that way leads to diabetes.when you have stomach pain you can try going to the doctor for better treatment and for good drugs.

People should try as much as possible to avoid any foods. Too much sugar is the first cause of diabetes if not diabetes. And the other thing we need to be focusing on is that we need to watch our lifestyle. Some people are fond of but too much alcohol which is bad for the health.

Diabetes can be caused by not doing exercise and eating foods that are unhealthy for our body like foods that contain sugar and high cholesterol
