Managing stress in Forex trading is key, my friend! It's a rollercoaster, and keeping a cool head is essential. Remember, losses happen to everyone – it's all about learning from them.

To tackle stress, try some quick tips like deep breathing or taking short breaks between trades. And yeah, focusing on future gains can be motivating. But hey, if the stress ever gets overwhelming, don't hesitate to reach out. There's a mental health hotline available. It's not just about trading – your mental well-being matters too!
