Yesh you get the point, working in a office that the pay is small can be frustrating but you need to think of ways to augment your income. Staying frustrated wouldn't help in any one. So the best bet will be boosting your income with the above list or other ways privy to you

YOu are on point especially for the teaching jobs that the pay is always peanut unless those working in good schools that the pay is a little better but if not it is nothing to write home about. Having extra lessons with students will help or weekend lessons too. Anything to bring in extra income will help

Well, nothing is impossible if you are determined. Some people work 2-3 jobs offline so if you can't work offline you can still add online tasks to your work. Whenever you are free you can start the online job. But it is good to look for avenues for to make extra money at work

What you are talking about is the biggest majority of people, generally most of people that salary doesn't cover their needs are working parallelly 2 or 3 works so the principal work from 9 to 5 is to get fixed salary and there is other work. Like for example the teacher is teaching students in his house what we call revision hours for some money because the salary doesn't even cover rental and pay for electricity and bill. You can find for example a fisher men that is a coach for sports for young people to play judo and gets extra income. The ideas exists and are various. Extra income online can be a solution between all the solutions labelled.

I do not think that asking for a bonus outright would be a good idea. You must be an old employee and you may ask for a bonus if you believe that you are performing exceptionally. If they understand that, then they will certainly provide you with bonuses. However, if they deny to provide you with a bonus, then this means that they do not really care about your and you must seek other opportunities.
